It's been already 7 years since I am teaching. My biggest strength is patience. Patience is very important because every student learns differently, but with patience you will know what's the best approach for XYZ student.

Experience
I am currently teaching at the Real Academy of Language. There we have a very practical method of teaching called Speak Easy. This method consists of making the student a native speaker.
