Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows us to refund you fully in case we haven't been able to allocate a suitable tutor to you even after 7 days of you booking a course. However, if you request for a refund before 7 days, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. The policy also does not accommodate any refunds once a tutor has been allocated. If for some reason, you aren't happy with your tutor, you can request for the tutor to be replaced within 30 days of your booking.

We have quite a dynamic marketplace with several specialised tutors. Our marketplace allows customers to filter tutors based on their ratings and experience with other customers. The company would further ensure availability of tutors anytime within your "course period". In the event your course does not mention a course period, the company would ensure your tutor is available for you for up to 180 days from the day of booking.

Your new tutor should have the same or lower price per lesson than your earlier tutor. Each tutor's status is indicated by a Green, Orange or Red colored circle mark on their profile. Green is indicative of recent activity whereas other colors signify that the tutor may not have signed in recently.

If you make a booking with an inactive tutor, the company will try to arrange an alternate tutor for you and you may have to pay any difference in price. Alternatively, you can just book one of our fixed price packages starting at $30 per lesson and we will make the best tutor available for you.

In the event an unavailable tutor is requested and you wouldn't like to pay the fee listed on the alternate tutor's profile and instead cancel the lessons, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
