Our refund policy allows us to refund you fully in case we haven't been able to allocate a suitable tutor to you even after 7 days of you booking a package. However, if you request for a refund before 7 days, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. The policy also does not accommodate refunds once a tutor has been allocated. If for some reason, you aren't happy with the tutor, we will replace your tutor.
We have quite a dynamic marketplace with several specialised tutors. Our marketplace allows customers to filter tutors based on their ratings and experience with other customers. If, however; for some reason you are unhappy with your chosen tutor, you can request for another tutor utilising your balance with us.
Your new tutor should have the same or lower price per lesson than your earlier tutor. Our platform allows customers to book lessons in courses of 10 and 15 at a significantly lower price than per lesson price also ensuring availability of a tutor for up to 60 days. However, this flexibility does not enable us to grant a refund, if such a request is made by a customer either during their course or after its validity has expired.
