Tutor availability

As a platform connecting tutors with students, we strive to connect you with the best available tutors who are not just native tutors, but are also professionals. Most of our tutors are associated with us on a freelance basis and we have agreements with them to ensure they support you and your goals uninterruptedly for long periods of time. At times we have gone above and beyond to satisfy our customers by requesting our tutors to take lessons even after many months of their booking. However, it might not always be possible to guarantee the availability of a tutor indefinitely as a lot of our tutors have other jobs to attend to. To solve this and to ensure our customers don't face any inconvenience, we have transparently put a specific period during which we will ensure your tutor's availability. This is listed under each course and varies with each of them.
