Hello! My name is Josette Rose T. Satorre. I took up Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English at Philippine Normal University - Mindanao Campus, where I graduated Cum Laude. I was a High School English teacher for 3 years. Teaching English is my passion because it allows me to communicate to other people and at the same time understand their culture. I am absolutely convinced that a teacher educates children to lead a meaningful and purposeful life, thus, I want to leave a remarkable footprint on my students' lives in any way I can. Learning English is fun and interesting, and I am excited to guide my students in studying the English language the simplest way.

In most of my classes I apply the Learner-Centered Approach because I believe in the students capacity to lead and take charge of activities even when they may not quite have all the content skills. The students may learn to direct their own learning, ask questions and complete tasks independently, and they are more interested in learning activities when they can interact and participate actively.
