About
My name is Pavan, I have been previously been a classroom teacher for about 2 years (20 months to be precise).
Teaching was my first job and profession, where I guided kids aged 7-10 years old in the English Language and Literature mainly their reading, writing and speaking and supporting their school curriculum for examinations aside from teaching Economics to another group of children aged 13-15 and one-on-one tutoring.
What makes me a passionate teacher is patience and persistence, I believe in taking the time to understand my students along with their strengths and weaknesses and adapting my teaching approach to them along with adding a blend of humour or light wherever necessary to keep my student

Teaching Approach
I believe in fully understanding the student and the student's strength and weaknesses and tailoring my methods according to the student with adding a pinch of fun yet maintaining discipline.
Also setting high yet realistic goals for the student in terms of timelines.
