About

My name is Leonardo Marquina, and I

    Experience

I've got five years as an English teacher, I've taught kids, teens and adults.

Teaching Approach

I have been a mentor to some TEFL students who were studying to be future teachers at my current job, always asking me questions, or pieces of advice.
Regarding that, I am always willing to help my peers, and my students in order to achieve our goals together.

Furthermore, I have given plenty of tutoring classes for single students, and I am convinced that a more personal experience with the student, can develop his or her learning ability.

Not only do I think that having one to one classes is better, I also believe that giving real situations, role plays and games could actually help a lot in a classroom. I like incorporating videos, music and games to my classes, as I believe they are a good resource to learn from, and I prefer that my students learn in that way.
