Direct translations can be completely wrong! For example asking a persons age may be okay in some countries but in America it is very rude! You can learn all of this and a lot of idioms with me. I have experience teaching solely idiom and phrasal verb classes.

My name is Chelsi and I am from Minnesota, USA. I am currently living on the tropical island of Bali, Indonesia! Some of my hobbies include going to the beach, swimming, cooking, travelling, and eating. Teaching English is my passion and being bi-lingual, I understand the difficulties of learning a second language.

Experience
I have years of experience teaching English to a whole range of ages and levels, from beginners to advance students from ages 5 to 80. I have taught online and offline to individual students and groups. I also have a TEFL ESL teaching certificate.
Teaching Approach
I like to have a fun and relaxing approach to teaching English. Not only will you learn good language points, you'll be able to do it in an entertaining way, through role plays, story telling, and general conversations. I like to analyze your skills first, then learn some language points and redo it to be able to apply and practice the language just learnt. If you would like to focus on specific language points like tenses, listening, pronunciation, idioms, etc. that is also available. This is 'your' class so each lesson will be specifically made for 'you'.
