Hi! My name's Sharon and I am an English teacher. I am from Rafaela, Argentina.
I really love teaching, so I am looking for new challenges and new opportunities to grow. I am interested in meeting new people from around the world and learning from them too. It would be a pleasure to help my students to achieve their goals. I hope we can make friends and enjoy the learning process together. In spite of the fact that I have always taught English, I want to start teaching Spanish (my native language) so that I can assist people with Argentine pronunciation, grammar, idioms, writing, etc and make them fall in love with this beautiful and rich language.
I have studied English for many years. I am a qualified teacher and I am also studying to get a degree in Education. I have plenty of experience teaching (English) in companies, primary and secondary schools and even kindergarten! As you can see I have worked with people of all ages. Along with this, I have been a private tutor for the past 5 years. Most of my lessons are online even if my students are in the same city as I am.
I intend to teach Spanish the same way I teach English. I have a communicative approach, written and verbal speech is, in my opinion, the most important aspect when learning a language. I want students to make mistakes and to learn from them. Lessons will be encouraging, enjoyable and entertaining. I will provide a safe and warm environment to practice all the necessary skills in order to achieve meaningful communication.
