Hello! My name is Gerardo and my purpose here is to help passionate Spanish learners to improve their communication skills, so they can have an advantageous experience with the people, culture, music, and history behind the language. I greatly enjoy making a real contribution to people learning my language and I have had several experiences achieving success with my students. Making the lesson fun, meaningful and interactive we can work together to successfully bring about your language goals.

My teaching approach is based on Comprehensible Input (input that can be understood by learners despite them not understanding all the words and structures in it. It is described as one level above that of the learners if it can only just be understood). The focus is on acquiring grammar, vocabulary and correct pronunciation with interactive exercises and conversations based on real-life language situations.
