About Tutor

I like teaching because it is a constant chance for learning too. I love reading and travelling as much as I like music. I like nature and animals, but cats are my favorite. As a teacher, I am aware that mistakes are a normal part of the language learning process (in fact, they are a source for learning). I consider myself a happy person; I enjoy everything I do because I just do what makes me feel happy. That is why I teach: because sharing knowledge and experiences with others is a wonderful thing to do.

Experience

I have been a language teacher for more than 20 years and I have learned a lot from all my students' learnign styles and needs. I have worked in colleges and universities with English for general purposes and English for specific and academic purposes. I have also designed and conducted particular online courses to learn English and Spanish.

Teaching Approach

I work with an eclectic approach directed towards students needs. I plan courses based on students' needs, lacks and wants. Not all students learns the same way and for the same purposes, that is why a single method does not work for all the same way. No matter what the teaching approach might be, patience is mandatory in the language learning process. Learning has to be a enriching experience for both teachers and students, part of the job is to help them to enjoy the experience while they feel that learning is really happening.
