English lessons for children

I’ve been teaching English in Budapest for the past 3 years to Diplomats, software engineers and teenagers and children. I’m a total language geek, i really enjoy teaching English as a foreign Language. I use a communicative method and I find this method to be the most effective because it’s the most natural and its the most fun and its how babies acquire languages and learn real life language skills.

About Tutor

Hello, I’m a British english teacher. I’ve been teaching English in Budapest for the past 3 years to Diplomats, software engineers and teenagers and children. I have a TESOL certificate and a BA degree in Applied Languages. In addition, I am half Japanese so I can bridge cultural differences with Japanese students!

there will be a strong focus on speaking and listening skills.

i usually start the lesson with a specific topic, and a short piece of text, or a short video. To introduce new vocabulary, and grammar. we will then practise the new vocabulary and grammar, naturally within the topic of discussion.

Depending on what the students’ goal is, we will use different text books and oftentimes I design my own methods.

thank you and looking forward to hearing from you soon!
