Subject

English

English lessons for children

I teach children from the ages of 10 on wards nowadays but I am willing to teach as young as 6. I have some good books and fun websites to use like British council and games to play.

Intensive English

Most courses in Spain are intensive because students need to have the B1 in Cambridge or Trinity in order to graduate from university. This follows books like Complete or NEF and also weekly tests.

English for beginners

I use recognised books and concentrate on all areas such as reading, writing, grammar, speaking etc

Business English

I have mostly used the IELTS or tailor made courses to fit around what my student needs. This could be interview questions for example.

Conversational English

There are lots of conversational tasks to talk about. Describing photos, debates, discussions and role play

Reading and writing English

Writing is done for homework and a variety of writing styles such as articles, reports, emails etc. Reading is done in class based on your level. This opens up new vocab and concentrates on pronunciation.

About Tutor

I am approachable and like my students to feel relaxed and I always try to make the classes fun and interesting.
I love animals, cooking, exploring and travelling, learning about different cultures and being creative.

With over 5 years teaching experience teaching all ages, levels and nationalities I would consider me the best teacher to chose.

Teaching Approach

To firstly find out about the student and their needs and to determine their level
Set them the right materials to learn from
Allow them to speak before correcting their errors
