Hi everyone, my name is Bryce. I live in the United States, specifically California. Not the beach, but the mountains. My Bachelors is in Cellular/Molecular Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. I have a Masters in Education, an emphasis in Adult and Distance, I am a photographer, writer, and a quality manager, teaching courses at the corporate level and photography workshops. When I am not taking photos or analyzing data, I am outside, either hiking and skiing, depending on the season. I hope I can be a valuable instructor in your community and look forward to helping those learn conversational English who are not native speakers.

My method is student-centric, with a focus on collaboration and demonstration. As the lesson progrsses, corrective action is continuious and on-going, focusing on the major problem areas and triaging the minor issues. Slow repitition and hands-on is the key for any learner, especially for languages.

I also find it is important the instructor and learner are in agreement of the topic areas for each lesson. I find more engagement when walking through the high-level plan at the start of each lesson and asking the student if they want a particular topic covered.
