Hello! My name is Marla Castro, I

Experience
I have worked in the educational field in my country, exploring various school levels , which has given me the opportunity of getting to know different contexts and ways of learning. I currently teach one on one courses of English and Spanish online to adults and teenagers. During my years of experience I developed a set of abilities, those are being able to manage groups at different age levels, organizational skills for a variety of tasks, creating innovative proposals for new projects, leadership, teamwork, assertive communication skills and confidence.
Teaching Approach
In my classes, the student will find a dynamic and easy way to learn Spanish, students should feel comfortable enough to ask whenever they have doubts. At the beginning, I like to discuss the objective the student has with language and create an specific program to reach that objective effectively, I consider it is an assertive way to get closer to the student
