I am a person who grew up as a student of the Traditional Teaching Methodology in India till my M.Phil Degree.I started my professional career as a Teacher in June 1993 and slowly moved from the Traditional Teaching Methodology to the Interactive and Communicative Methodology in December 1994 .This was because I was selected for training as a Resource Person for the CBSE [Board]-ELT Course .I have practised both the methods over 18 years according to the requirement of the different Syllabi I had to teach in Schools & Colleges in India and abroad.I have always updated myself with the latest developments in Pedagogy and hence able to teach effectively according to the students' need.
