Samoan lessons for children

Teaching children the basics of Samoan. I focus more on the sounds of letters rather than learning the letters in its order. This includes the sound of letters when paired up with another letter (s).

I have taught others who are not natives to use the conversational language more than the formal way. They interact with native Samoans on a regular basis in an informal setting.

I have also helped my Samoan students in the past to learn some of the culture and lifestyle of Samoa before travelling. It has helped them gain understanding of the lifestyle before travelling to Samoa. It has also helped those who still live overseas and have interactions with Samoans in their communities.

Marrying a native Samoan

I am married to a native Samoan, so it helps in so many ways for myself to continue speaking the language and teaching our children to speak it as well.
