I'm a native of San Francisco currently completing my Ph.D. at the University of Tartu in Estonia. I've been a licensed English teacher for over two decades, have mentored new teachers, and have written two textbooks. Most recently, I have been teaching English lessons online to students in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I have been a Fulbright teacher with the U.S. Information Agency and named a Madison Fellow for my work in education and curriculum development.
